1.The whole machine adopts HT300 advanced resin sand molding castings which have undergone special treatment to eliminate internal stress, reduce the amount of deformation, and stabilize the machine tool accuracy.

2.The stepped crossbeam and slide design increase the guide rail span to ensure stronger rigidity and movement stability.

3.The head and the z-axis transmission mechanism are designed in the same center. The spindle motor and the ball screw are on the same center, reducing the production of unbalanced torque

4.Chip groove and base are integrally formed, with stronger rigidity. Machining iron chips and cutting fluid can be completely contained in the base groove, avoiding the worry of sheet metal side leakage.

5.Taiwan-made P-level roller linear guide rails, and hardened guide rails for the Z-axis ensure high speed, high precision, and heavy-load heavy cutting.

6.Controlled by high-performance CNC systems such as Mitsubishi, Fanuc, and Siemens.
