The Vertical Drilling and Tapping Machine is a versatile and efficient machining tool. It features a vertical structure, allowing for stable operation during drilling and tapping processes.

This machine is equipped with a powerful spindle that can reach high rotational speeds, enabling quick and accurate hole - making and thread - cutting operations. It has precise positioning systems for the X, Y, and Z axes, ensuring excellent dimensional accuracy of the machined parts.

1. The inside of the spindle head adopts a rib-reinforced structure, and the contact length ratio between the spindle head and the column is appropriate, providing a stable support for the spindle.
2. Mature machine model design with a widened saddle.
3. 21T servo tool magazine, with fast, accurate and stable tool change speed.
4. The HT300 casting undergoes multiple heat treatments, and the accuracy of the entire machine is effective for a long time to ensure high-precision displacement performance.
5. The fully enclosed protective cover design and the rear flushing and chip removal function have high reliability.
