3-axis milling machine is a type of computer numerical control (CNC) machine that utilizes cutting tools to remove material from a workpiece in three dimensions along the X, Y, and Z axes. These machines can perform a variety of operations.

A:Unique machine bed design: Adopting advanced resin sand casting and box-type structure design, and undergoing aging treatment to eliminate internal stress. The material is tough. Coupled with the box-type structure design, the highly rigid machine body structure enables the machining center to have sufficient rigidity and strength. The entire machine exhibits the characteristics of resistance to cutting, high precision, and high cutting ability.

B:The Z-axis adopts the hard rail design. The processing can obtain the advantages of heavy cutting and high rigidity of the hard rail, as well as the fast feed of the linear rail.

C:Automatic lubrication system: Adopting the automatic pressure-relief lubrication system for centralized oil supply. Using the advanced pressure-relief intermittent oil supply system, it provides each lubrication point with timely and appropriate oil supply in a timing, quantitative, pressure-fixed, and individual manner to ensure that each lubrication position obtains lubricating oil in a timely manner.
